Return Policy

We absolutely want you to love what you bought, so if something isn’t right, please let us know.

THE GUIDLINES

  • Whenever possible, please return items clean and unworn, and with the original receipt.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless your order arrives incorrect or damaged, in which case please contact us at (713)385-8867, or at thewrighthatco@hotmail.com for a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Returns with the original receipt will be credited in the original form of payment for the amount paid.
  • Returns without a receipt will be offered a store credit or exchange for the current selling price.

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS FOR REFUNDS

1. Please note the item name, sku number, color and size in the grid below, as well as your reason for the return.

2. Please make note of your contact information, telephone or email, in the “Additional Comments” should our Customer Care team need to contact you.

3. Pack up your return and include why you are returning the item: 01 – TOO BIG, 02 – TOO SMALL, 03 – COLOR NOT AS EXPECTED, 04 – QUALITY NOT AS EXPECTED, 06 – INCORRECT ITEM, 07 – GIFT RETURN, 08 – OTHER (PLEASE SPECIFY)

4. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

1. Please note that at this time we are able to exchange online purchases returned for the same style, different size or color, only. (If you prefer an alternate style, please place a new order for the item, and follow the steps above for returning your original order for a refund.)

2. Please make note of the reason for your exchange, and the size or color you prefer, in the “Additional Comments”.

3. Please also make note of your contact information, telephone or email, in the “Additional Comments”, should our Customer Care team need to contact you.

4. Pack up your return and include why you are returning the item: 01 – TOO BIG, 02 – TOO SMALL, 03 – COLOR NOT AS EXPECTED, 04 – QUALITY NOT AS EXPECTED, 06 – INCORRECT ITEM, 07 – GIFT RETURN, 08 – OTHER (PLEASE SPECIFY)

5. You will receive email confirmation once your exchange has been shipped.

Shipping Information

Please note that you will receive your order 3-7 business days from the day we ship it. For a delivery estimate, please see the shipping table below.

  • If you place your after 11:45 am Central Standard Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week. This applies to Fedex 2Day and Overnight orders as well as those requesting Fedex Ground and Standard service. 
  • After you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email, followed by an email that contains tracking information. 
  • Please do note that multiple item orders may result in split shipment based on stock availability. We will email tracking confirmation with updated delivery estimations. 
  • At this time, we do not ship to Military FPO/APO Box addresses.
  • We do not offer 2Day or Overnight shipping to Canada. 
  • We do not offer Fedex Saturday delivery service.
